During the handover between the incumbent and BUPA over a six months period with the contract commencing on 1st July 2019, first priority was ensuring the people and processes are in place to allow for an orderly transition and continued health care to ADF personnel. In the role of People Coordinator I was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, hiring and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for the incumbent clinical workforce located at ADF bases throughout Australia.
