What are the requirements to start using FOKUS services?

The initial consultation to discuss your requirements is free. This will be either in person, via Zoom or over the phone. I need to know clearly what you want and what outcomes you are expecting. It’s helpful if I get a list of your requirements or a clear outline via email prior to the initial consultation.

Will I need to sign a Services Agreement?

Based on the information you have provided, I will create a proposal and email it to you. Once this proposal is signed off, our working relationship begins. If your requirements change, increase or reduce don’t worry. Just let me know and I will amend our agreement accordingly.

What about Confidential Information?

Discretion and reliability are highest on my agenda, nevertheless we can sign a confidentiality agreement, if you wish.

Where is FOKUS located?

I’m based in Torquay VIC, Australia and I am providing services with an Australian Business Number (ABN). I can work remotely or come to your office if required. Also working with another time zone isn’t a problem at all as I will always be a few hours ahead, unless you're in New Zealand. 

What do you charge?

I'm offering flexible and affordable hourly or daily rates and monthly flat rates starting at AU$ 1,500.- / month. Please contact me to discuss a customised service plan just for you.
